  • Strict Raw Material Inspection

    All raw materials are subjected to comprehensive inspections, including tests for optical and electrical parameters, environmental adaptability, static electrical stability, dimensional precision, material characteristics, and visual appearance. This ensures robust quality control before production begins.

    Our fully automated LED production line, from PCB assembly to final packaging, minimizes human intervention and reduces errors, boosting overall product yield. Our self-developed SPI and AOI technologies further enhance quality, and we adhere to strict international standards, such as CE, to maintain excellence at every stage.

    Before leaving the factory, every product undergoes rigorous testing, including waterproofing, salt spray, radio frequency testing in anechoic chambers, and packaging durability checks. Hikvision ensures each LED display is built to the highest quality standards.

  • To increase the proportion of clean energy we use, Hikvision purchased 32,852 MWh of green energy, including solar, wind and hydro power, and generated 4,508.3 MWh of photovoltaic power ourselves.

    Wherever possible, we use clean materials in manufacturing. For example, our fifth-generation cabinets control the use of hazardous substances by adhering to RoHS, REACH, POPs, and low-halogen requirements, reducing environmental impact.

    We prioritize recycled materials to reduce waste significantly. The shells of our fifth-generation LED cabinets use 90% recycled aluminum, with packaging cartons made from 100% recycled materials.

     

  • Cushioning materials for WonderHub (interactive displays) and digital signage are 100% recyclable EPE. The bags of interactive displays contain 85% recyclable materials, while the bags of digital signage are fully recyclable.

AI-powered sensors detect when meeting rooms are empty and automatically turn off lights and air conditioning, reducing energy use. Thanks to intelligent energy management, Hikvision’s energy consumption per unit of revenue has steadily decreased over the years.

When we design and build our office parks, we control the total amount of storm water runoff and improve the way storm water is recycled and reused for landscape pond replenishment, road washing, sprinkler irrigation, and more.
Cloud-based R&D platform
