He has rich experience as an engineer in product research and development for over eight years, and became Product Manager of global access control and video intercom products in 2017. In his role, Wayne devotes himself to product design and development, product lifecycle management, and market strategy planning. With his efforts, Hikvision access control and video intercom products were successfully introduced to the market with a good sales performance. In his spare time, Wayne enjoys accompanying his family, doing workouts, and reading.
