Mr. Xu Peng, born in 1976, Bachelor in Engineering, Senior Engineer. From 1998 to 2004, he successively held positions such as assistant engineer and engineer at the 52nd Research Institute of China Electronics Technology Group Corporation. He joined Hikvision in 2004 and successively served as a camera R&D manager, R&D director, product director, general manager of the front-end product business department, deputy general manager, and senior deputy general manager of Hikvision. He is currently a director and general manager of Hikvision.
He Hongli

Senior Deputy General Manager

Ms. He Hongli, born in 1973, Master in Business Administration. She joined Hikvision in December 2001 and served as an assistant to the general manager and a deputy general manager of Hikvision. She is currently a senior deputy general manager of Hikvision.
Pu Shiliang

Senior Deputy General Manager & Dean of the R&D Institute

Mr. Pu Shiliang, born in 1977, Doctor in Engineering, Senior Engineer. He joined Hikvision in April 2006 and successively held positions such as R&D engineer, R&D manager, R&D director and chief expert. He is currently a senior deputy general manager and dean of the R&D institute of Hikvision.
Guo Xudong

Senior Deputy General Manager

Mr. Guo Xudong, born in 1972, Bachelor in Engineering. In July 2002, he joined Hikvision, and successively served as a general manager of Shenzhen Branch, marketing director of domestic marketing center and deputy general manager of domestic marketing center. He is currently a senior deputy general manager of Hikvision.

Mr. Xu Ximing, born in 1973, Bachelor in Engineering. From July 1996 to September 2016, he worked for IBM, and successively held positions such as engineer, department manager, director, partner of consulting service, senior partner of consulting service, and vice president. He joined Hikvision in September 2016, and served as a deputy general manager. He is currently a senior deputy general manager of Hikvision.
Chen Junke

Mr. Chen Junke, born in 1971, Bachelor in Engineering, Senior Engineer. From 1994 to 2001, he successively held positions such as assistant engineer, engineer and senior engineer at the 52nd Research Institute of China Electronics Technology Group Corporation. He joined Hikision in 2001 and served as the technology director of the Digital Video Recorder (DVR) Division of the Technology Management Center, general manager of supply chain management center, employee representative supervisor. He is currently a senior deputy general manager of Hikvision.
Huang Fanghong

Ms. Huang Fanghong, born in 1982, Bachelor in Law. She joined Hikvision in June 2009 and successively held positions, such as legal department manager, internal audit manager, internal control director, deputy general manager, and senior deputy general manager and the board secretary. She is currently a senior deputy general manager.

She joined Hikvision in 2004 and successively held positions, such as financial manager, general manager of the Financial Management Center, and deputy general manager and the person in charge of finance and accounting of Hikvision. She is currently a senior deputy general manager and the person in charge of finance and accounting of Hikvision.
